NIPD Genetics announces that has been renamed to Medicover. Following the acquisition by Medicover this past January, NIPD Genetics officially adopts the Medicover brand.
The new brand direction reflects the evolution of the company since its founding from a biotech start-up to a world-leading pioneer provider of genetic services and laboratory solutions.
The renaming is undoubtedly a significant and noteworthy change, however, it does not alter the core of the Company’s objectives and beliefs. The main objective has been and remains to advance the field of genetics to provide a better quality of life to patients with genetic diseases.
With the adoption of the new identity, the Company proudly joins the Medicover family, which consists of an international team of distinguished professionals who share common goals, values and determination towards fulfilling their mission, which is to enable wider access to advanced genetic services and laboratory solutions.
Medicover Genetics remains committed to providing excellent customer service to its partners worldwide as well as to its patients, whose valued trust over the years is proof of the achievement of the Company’s goals. The rebranding will only involve the change of names of the companies, and the brand’s look and feel. The registration number of the companies, and their respective VAT numbers will remain the same.
As part of Medicover, a leading international healthcare and diagnostic services company founded in 1995, the Company is expected to expand both its network and expertise.
The process of transitioning to the new brand, look and identity is already underway and is expected to be completed within the next few months.
